Tony DiSanza

Tony DiSanza serves as Managing Director of Innovativ Consulting Partners.

He has consulted with clients in a wide range of industries, including education, state & federal government, financial services and utilities. His areas of expertise include Management Consulting, Administrative Systems/ERP, networking architectures, application development, as well as the management issues surrounding the integration of information systems within changing organizations. Most recently, he has led engagements at a variety of k-12 and higher-educational institutions in improving its administrative efficiencies, information technology spending, organizations and plans.

Mr. DiSanza has more than 20 years of experience in the information systems industry in both consulting and business management positions. This background has given him a broad range of experiences in structure methodologies, the management of technical personnel and the Information Technology issues confronting executives. He has been highly successful at identifying client problems and developing pragmatic, consensus-driven solution plans.

Chuck Pisciotta

Chuck is an Executive Director, CFO and leading the Innovativ Centers of Excellence. 

In addition, he is the Managing Director with Blue Skies Capital, the Alumni Capital Network and a member of Ohio Tech Angels. Chuck spent 28 years with Accenture with a focus on Consumer Products and Chemicals industries. Some of his clients included: BF Goodrich, Ashland Inc, Worthington Industries, Abbott Labs, Celanese, Bayer, BOC Group, Roche, Nova Chemical, HB Fuller, Sun Chemical, PPG.

Chuck graduated from Miami (Ohio) University with a Bachelor of Science degree in System Analysis, School of Engineering and Applied Science.

Mike Calhoun

Michael Calhoun is a Director for Innovativ Consulting Partners and is leading the Delivery Services as well as sitting on theKuali Rice Board.. His senior-executive background in Higher Ed as well as technology management provides key qualities to our customers. He recently served as the Associate Vice President at the University of Cincinnati where he also functioned as Chief Technology Officer and brings more than 30 years of Information Technology experience as a executive, manager and individual contributor in multiple industry groups. His background includes a track record of accomplishment while working with the University of Cincinnati, MCI, and several other Fortune 500 corporations.

John Hrusovsky

John is CEO of the Groundwork Group
John spent twenty years with Accenture and was the former Ohio Managing Partner and focused on consulting engagements within the Education & Public Sector industries, provided subject matter expertise with Administrative Solutions and Human Resource engagements.

His background in Higher Ed is long and varied, having consulted to Universities and Colleges in the US and abroad.

Pamela Blackwell

Pamela is co-CEO of Blackwell Consulting Services, Inc. As the co-chief executive officer of Blackwell Consulting Services, Pamela Blackwell is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the business and overall leadership of the company. Pamela has a proven executive management track record and over 20 years of experience in information technology services. She began her career with Blackwell Consulting Services in 1994.

Prior to being named co-chief executive officer, Pamela served as president and was directly responsible for the financial stability and administration of the company. During her tenure she has helped to grow the firm?s revenues from $6 million to $43 million while building the workforce from a team of 30 to nearly 300 professionals.

Pamela is keenly familiar with the entire consulting landscape. Her career at Blackwell has incorporated many facets of the consulting and IT industry. Her earlier leadership roles ranged from vice president of human resources to chief financial officer. She has also served as employment and recruitment manager, sales proposal manager, training coordinator and senior consultant. Pamela is known for her leadership skills and keen business knowledge and she draws upon her many experiences at Blackwell to expand the vision and goals of the business.
